OK, so it has been a while.. Too long in fact! But I am back with my third grow and this time I'm sticking with Royal Queen Seeds (Never failed me yet) and in particular RQS Stress Killer and Fast Eddy.

Same setup as before with one adjustment.

120 x 120 x 200 Tent

Grow Northern Telos 008 240w.

2 x 20l AirPots

Basic fan

One tube heater and one ceramic

Humidifier.

Medium: Is soil and I spoke about it last time and this time I took the plunge and went with "Sohum Living Soil" More on the soil later.

I think I have left it too late to LST (Although from what I have gleaned online) I think it would be fine but the main stem feels rather inflexible.

I have a couple of pics for now but will take some better ones later on.

Any advise on the LST would be great, I wanted to try to. Keep plants lower and encourage more colas.. I usually grow 3/4 plants but this time opted for just the two.

First two pics are Fast Eddy and second two are Stress Killer and they are around 10-14 days would actually need to sit and work out the dates.

Got two fans at bottom different levels but not too powerful, I have moved the heater to the middle and placed the humidifier nearer too plants. You can't see but have two ram fans above facing down, one over the light and the other over the humidifier. Hoping this will create a nice environment for them.

Hey, yea the pots are good, think you end up feeding the plants a lot more water due to more air getting around, I got those pots when I first started and have not used any other type (Other than one i ordered some from amazon) but they were different brand and very flimsy, so I recommend the AirPots (Just get the good ones)

https://air-pot.com Make sure to shop around for price!

Yes that's the heater in the middle, I do like it, but I would like to get another one, or I am thinking of getting panal heater with digi thermo.. As at times I do not feel comfortable with the ceramic. Besides a panal heat or another tube heater would give a more equal heat distribution I think.

Onto the light, I highly recommend, my first grow was HID 600w and tbh the Telos 008 produced near enough the same amount of bud. I would like to add to it, and you can daisy chain the GN Lights. When I spoke to the good people at Grow Northern they suggested (For my tent size) I would be able to do four plants and my tent is 1.2 x 1.2 x 2.0.

It is sleek and waterproof and dustproof.. Two of them in my tent would be awesome, and the are silent and have passive heating, no fans less to go wrong and can be upgraded further down the line.

Telos 8 has 8 30W modules, drawing 240W and providing a PPF output of 449.8μmol/s.

Indoor hang heights and coverage

For seedlings/microgreens (indoor growing): ≈100cm from canopy, 170cm x 170cm area

For vegetative growth (indoor growing): ≈80cm from canopy, 130cm x 130cm area

For flowering (indoor growing): ≈60cm from canopy, 90cm x 90cm area

Also for humidifier I have a cheap one but my last one was awesome and cost about £80 and would stop start depending on humidity level you want (Highly recommend)

And I would like to upgrade and get a G.A.S. DiffuseAir kKit.. You attach to your intake and it mixers all the air in the tent and creates a more uniformed environment.

Check it out.

Yea I purchased a vector from amazon and after speaking to others on here and looking online I was recommended Grow Northern and they are def worth it and if your UK based then of course UK made and guys over their are really helpful. But there are some great ones out there!

https://cobshop.net

Are also really excellent pieces of kit, again recommended from some of the more experienced growers on here.. The is a girl on IG and she uses a telos 008 with some cobshop lights and gets excellent results.. If you look at her earlier grows she just used the telos 008 like me.

Check her out

She has same size tent as me but uses smaller pots than I do, think she uses 10l and I use 20l so you can get an idea of the potential of the light.
