Hello all, I’m new here.

thought I would show you guys pics of my new grow setup. Growing northern lights auto in coco using an autopot system.

the autopot is the big 25 litre pot and tray module. Potentially too big as this could grow a beast of a plant in a pot that accommodates this large root mass. I also have the propagation lid which is handy for germinating. This is my 3rd grow (first in autopot) but I’ve always germinated in my main bucket with root riot plugs (100% success rate)

the autopot module sits inside a 50 litre storage box from ikea, so if I ever have a aqua valve fault (which can happen) the reservoir will dump its 45 litre contents into this and save my attic from flooding lol.

tent is a 3x3 with active heating and cooling. An Inkbird wifi thermostat controls and regulates heating from a greenhouse heater in the tent, when cool air is needed it activates the fan on the right which brings in cool filtered air from outside. Temps hold rock solid.

4 inch carbon filter and inline fan for odour management which is vented outside. I also have an Ona block inline odour masker in the ducting near the end of the ducting run, not really needed as the filter sorts all smell but extra protection and peace of

lighting is a cheap Amazon led which I’m already looking at replacing, I am however overall happy with its performance and build quality, the reviews on it are also very favourable for one plant grows so will see how it goes. My previous grows were done with a “blurple” 100w COB led which was amazing, so if I’m stuck I can switch back to that.

my reservoir is not switched on yet, waiting on the roots getting to bottom of the pot so it utilise the aqua valve system properly, will be another weeks or so of top feeding.

the reservoir has been modified with a float valve which is fed from my reverse osmosis system. The RO system Is mounted inside a tool box with a digital monitoring system so I know when the filters in it need changed. It’s all connected to mains water supply so this ensure the res is always full and the plant can never run dry. The res is also fitted with a recirculating pond pump at the bottom to keep the nutes (advanced nutrients sensi coco) all mixed thoroughly.

inside the grow tent is also monitored via a cctv cam

will keep you guys updated on my progress! Thanks for reading

Thank you @LandShark

the intake fan on the right to cool the tent has no speed controller so the tent puffs up like a balloon when it kicks in lol

i have a speed controller arriving tomorrow however so I can balance things out. Not too concerned when the plant is this young.

I also have a fan for inside the tent arriving tomorrow, along with a Bluetooth hygrometer and energy monitoring smart plug.

wanna keep a close eye on costs with this grow. The way things are going I want macro level detail on how much the rig is costing to run.

Freakin' cool setup dude!! And'a...:welcome: to AFN. The greatest knowledge base for growing auto's
Loads of nice people here to...Like a...Family... :yay:
