I need to talk the missus into lettin me knock the shed wall out and order a second light from Victor!
I'll have to post some pics of how I got it to fit - involves the two coffee cans and four small six inch pots

Actually involves two coffee cans and SIX small six inch pots... what have I done??

The two coffee pots are two Sour Lemon regs, both are up

The two black pots are also Sour Lemon regs though it appears I've probably lost number three (note to self - never ever muck around in the dirt with a germed bean again!!!)

The two green pots are Portal auto reg mix (strain unknown)

And the two red pots are also Portal auto regs (strains unknown) Number four has so far refused to germ, in or out of the soil...

The last one is a bit of a miracle. She's the one Portal bean that refused to germ in the towel or the soil. Well after her replacement had germed, planted, and been up a day or so, she popped out of the soil only about a quarter inch away. After some emergency surgery she now has her own pot. Dang tap root was two or three inches long, made digging her out carefully a mess!

@Eyes on Fire I was looking at the KIS soil website you were talkin about and I see you can save shipping by getting the amendment(?) pack and mixing it yourself. I see they sell a separate mineral pack that looks interesting as well. Do you think it's worthwhile?

what this? yeah,Im using it. i would get it. use soil and coco coir instead of Peat,but yeah. I think its great.

Yup, that's it! I was wondering about the separate Mineral Pack though, did you see that?
I would be mixing it with soil instead of peat as well and I recently added some coco to my soil bin.
Unless I found out that wouldn't work. Probably some EWC too.
My current soil is running a little warm though, not sure what the best way to handle remixing the soil would be as far as amounts of everything.

I have no idea which Portal strain the last 4 are. The fourth is the miracle girl, survived a double sprouting and messy emergency transplant.

The shed is INSANE at the moment.
Fifteen girls in about 2.5x5 feet!!

Does anyone have any tips for small pot grows?

they can dry out scary fast.no real tips sorry im just on my 2nd grow using small pots,lean as i go i guess.Smorf and Mr.Sparkle are doing some good stuff in speaker and pc boxes,good reads.
