No need to be nervous. Just pull down the tallest branches and try to widen the plant out. The wider it is the more light it gets and the lower the light can be. Light loses intensity drastically even an inch away.

You want to keep the top as low as possible. If you can keep the top close to or lower than the side branches, the plant will send more auxin to the side branching and cause them to grow up instead of out.
Thanks for checking it out and reassuring me guys, was nervous as heck about it but I seem to have caught Miss Orange at the right time. The top is so supple it bent with next to no pressure but the bottom of the plant is rigid enough it doesn't seem to need any counter reinforcement. Used a mini bungee cord lol!
