Ok u can’t see it all but there r 9 pots going under 4 autocobs. From right to left back row gold glue almost done last few watering dishes gonna get sweet candy and enhance Mc till the chop. White crack what a bush lots of daily leaf tucking but her shoots are all coming close to the top and each branch is branching nicely should yield well. Grapey Walter tied down filling in nicely also should yield well. Behind the door jam Bluetoof special stinky little girl a little longer then the gold glue left she’s small and her buds aren’t big but there’s a lot of them on that little plant and she stinks lovely my favorite smelling strain. Front right sour crinkle orange diesel orange diesel forgotten cookies and behind the jam auto yeti cbd. Should be a good holiday season. I need more cobs

This isn't that impressive but it's all I have at the moment...this is my first grow!
I'm very happy with my two AutoCobs so far!
6 more weeks to harvest!
PS: I raised the AutoCobs to max height but I'm unsure of how close they should be.

Also will depend on variety of plant, a couple of mine have not minded the cob 12-16 away, one of my plants balked in the first 24 hours after the cob was moved that close. Your plant will let you know, you just have to pickup on their "language" .
This is what I'm trying to work out for myself but having trouble. I can't shake the feeling that I could be doing better with my Autocobs.

I'm in week 2 of flower and my AutoCob is generally 18" away (or sometimes gets to 15" if I don't watch it.) I'm wondering if I should get closer or what. How can I tell if my baby doesn't like the light that close?

In flower they can handle it closer, but you are already pretty close. They will definitely start showing signs of light stress if you get too close. Usually start to show signs of stress within 24 hours.

What makes this hard is a lot of companies spit out numbers like they have a clue. I would be lying like everyone else if I gave an exact distance. The only way for an accurate distance is to try and read the plants. I usually go by 20-24” myself in flower. I also write things down. This way I can try and adjust before the same problem occurs again. There are just way to many variables to give a one height fits all.
