So what's this special on off only two ever about? A 7000k or higher? Curious of a odd off veg cob in center of 4 of your cobs have u seen a 8 or 9 k cob how yours are? I'm not sure how high they go 6k is all I know and below.

@BigSm0 It's not a little mistake that could compromise your futur sales.
Everybody here knows you have the best cobs for the best price
And more important your customer service is just perfect.
I have ordered 4 cobs and asked you plenty of questions, you answered to all of them.
Do not worry, your reputation is excellent.
When i think led or cob i think of you, no need to search anybody else.
I even tried to recommend you where i live but people here still don't believe in led/cob which is stupid.

So @BigSm0 now that I have had the AutoCob experience, I’m interested in your thoughts on supplementing a veg and/or bloom type cob with the appropriate growth cycle? I know there is a 6500k on your site, is there anything in the 2700k range?

I currently have 4 of your AutoCobs and two P300 panels converted with four of the 3500k in each. These are lighting a 3x3 and a 4x4 grow tents. And I was thinking of throwing a 5th AutoCob in with them way up high to supplement either 2700k or 6500k. I know you have been asked this before, but wanted to see how your opinion on this has evolved.

I would just like to say something here , I don't have any of BigSmo cobs due to the Australian exchange rate and shipping cost , But I have been following this thread , I have spent over 35 years in customer based industry and what I can see is a man who is at the very top of his field in customer service .
and product back up . Mate I have the utmost respect for you .

Despite the exchange rate and freight issues, the Cobshop product is still competitive, especially when you grab the "specials" that are often available. As for quality and function, I think they are the tops....throw in the immaculate service and speedy delivery (5 days to Aus) and I dont think this product can be bettered.
As an extra bonus, they also grow great weed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s actually a 2700k cob. Almost identical to the hps spectrum. It should really rock in fkower. I’d expect some of the densest buds yet.

Thank you VERY much. I don’t want to get all high horse orator here but it really goes to show people that hard work does pay off. This has been one hell of a ride that’s all worth it now just knowing that I am able to make this much of an impact.

As far as the recommendations go I’m actually in an area like this myself. I also explained this same exact thing earlier today to a local hydro shop manager. The original leds at say 100 wall watts that come with a 2-10x wattage multiplier are the reason led is taking so long to really win the world over. The fact is that the cheaper leds that come in most lights give LESS light than a quality hps watt for watt. How the heck can a 100wall watt light that gives less light than a 100w hps claim to be a 1k hps replacement. Now buy one and grow plants with the 80w hps replacement claiming to be a 1k hps. But do this in a 5x5 which a 1k hps usually covers. After a grow or two that person will never consider an led again. I’m not trying to cut anyone up I’m just saying the claims are absolute bs. If it gives off 80w of light call it a 80w light. Luckily cobshop and other companies selling similar high efficiency lighting are creeping in. Have to remain positive and let the growth control the facts. Eventually they will catch on, until then reap the rewards.

I’m very happy you own one now! Very nice light if I do say so myself lol. The 3500 cob does a great job start to finish. The veg end is definitely over the top in my opinion. If I were to add anything to the 3500k it would be a 2700 or 3000k. I plan to do this in my future grows for sure.

You wouldn’t happen to know any companies that are looking to hire a guy like me would you? I’m due for a career change. Cobs and cobshop are a blast and I’ll never quit but my day job is wearing on me. To bad I can’t get a pallet shipped to Australia. I have sent a bunch there but had more inquires there than most other countries outside of Canada.
