Lighting Cobshop.net info, questions and answers

Still no email response from contacting @BigSm0 on the cobshop site nor one from messaging him on here. I guess I'm just taking an L on these expensive lights that have failed under his so called warranty since it's been well over a month since I first contacted him. I feel kinda burnt on this for the first time in years of doing business with vendors on this great site. I wonder why this guy is even a vendor here if he just vanishes on customers that have issues with his products?

Sorry to hear of your problems!

We're in the process of "spring cleaning" the inactive vendors.
I've reported your issues so that we can at least remove his vendor status if he's not active.

Mine are still under warranty for 3 more years or so. paid alot for these because of the 5 year warranty. Be a shame if it wasnt honored if necessary

That's good for you! I'm glad you're in contact, but it doesnt help me at all. I know how spam folders work and I've not heard anything at all by email nor dm's on this site as stated before ‍

I contacted him via his contact form in an attempt to help you out and when I reported back all I got was some ungrateful shitty attitude. Im flabbergasted.. cant think of any reason why he might be ignoring you

Just FYI, I had not received anything or had any reply to email after making an order and have done a refund through Paypal and have my money back. It appears the cobshop.net domain/website is offline now as well.
