Lighting Cobshop.net info, questions and answers

Does @BigSm0 still visit this site? I've had 2 autocobs stop working that are under 2 years old. I've emailed him from his site as well as messaged from here and I've not heard anything back yet. Does anyone know how his 5 year warranty works exactly?

Who's an admin to tag @Tom Bombadil ? It's been a while since I've been around so I forgot who's the best to ask. I've bought 7 of these autocobs and they're not exactly cheap, so going a whole week hoping for some customer service is pretty irritating when they're still all under warranty but dying on me. I've message and emailed and not a word back from @BigSm0

Bummer about the lights.. Ive had 5 of them for several years and have had no issues and either should you.
 
@BigSm0 has not been onsite since Feb 22. As far as I know we have no way to contact him other than to post here. I think he is on IG more often?

I've not heard from BigSmo since January - tried placing orders since November 2021 to no avail, and only had 2 email commns to my many inquiries. I think something may have happened in BigSmo's personal life or the CobShop is no more - but it would be good of him to let us know what is happening as I've gone and bought a Mars Hydro TS1000 to get me through and if he doesn't respond in the next month, I'll be pulling the trigger on a full-powered Mars Hydro and the opportunity to get 4 more COBs for me will go for a few years until the need arises.
 
Still no email response from contacting @BigSm0 on the cobshop site nor one from messaging him on here. I guess I'm just taking an L on these expensive lights that have failed under his so called warranty since it's been well over a month since I first contacted him. I feel kinda burnt on this for the first time in years of doing business with vendors on this great site. I wonder why this guy is even a vendor here if he just vanishes on customers that have issues with his products?
