Lighting Cobshop.net info, questions and answers

@BigSm0 if you are ever intrested in looking into custom packaging I could hook you up with some of my contacts. In my career I deal with a lot of customers who demand packaging with separate cells within one package so the contents can not make contact. I'd be more than happy to share my contacts if you're ever intrested.

You could still use the same flat rate usps boxes and order custom cell inserts for each size to separate contents.

Shock damage does not apply to coatings like paint i do not believe and I never said the lights didn't function so....?

"permanent marker"
If you went and purchased a black Lamborghini with a huge scratch down one side and the salesman told you to use a black marker on it and that the car still ran and drove like new, would that work for you? lol

@BigSmo is taking care of this issue for me... He is a stand up guy for sure and he makes a great product. This was never in question.. Just the scratches in the black coating on these two lights so everyone can take a deep breath now...Its just two adults doing business... its no big deal i promise. I still love you all <3 !
Thanks for your concern though. :)

I'd be pissed if it was a cheap ass Corolla or SmarCar or one of them ugly Fiats. Well for the Fiat I would expect it to have defects right off the lot. Hell it might not even start at all.

I had some finish issues on a couple of heat sink fins but mine were not shipped directly to me. They went to my brother first and he opened the box up. And I think at the time Bigsm0 had two lights coupled together with the fins to keep them from banging. And my brother probably f'd up the finish when he was playing with them before I got them. Black marker pen to the rescue.
