Old Reviews cleaning your grow space

just wondered how ppl clean their grow spaces, like the lights, bulbs, how do you clean mylar, cleaning your pots, ect. just wondered cause all growing equipment needs to be cleaned time to time and was wondering how you do it or any tips on cleaning?

I heard of people cleaning their bulbs with rubbing alcohol and clothes. The ones that don't leave any material after using

ok thought id ask again does anyone know what to use to wipe down mylar and what to use? also how would anyone clean the sticky resin off my 30xscope it has plastic to protect the lil bulb and lense, looks real yummy but its stuck to clear plastic and i dont want to scrape it off due to plastic shavings and dont want to use strong cleaners due to melting the plastic. if anyone cleans their grow equipment let me know or does evryone keep their grow areas a mess lol?

I use rubbing alcohol to clean anything with resin works really well and i've never wiped mylar but i would be afraid of scraching it.

see i like rubbing alcohol but it melts plastic or drys it out till it cracks, ya im worried about scratching the mylar too but those sticky plants love to smear stcky stuff on the the mylar. was thinking of trying windex but it smears lol hopefully someone has sum good ideas

It shouldn't melt your loop i i clean my loop 100x microscope and other cheap plastic materials with iso all the time it comes out looking brand new.

you said loop at first i guess you edited it (I think) i knew what you were saying you dont have to use it just my I never had any problems cleaning mine with it.:smoke:

You have the mylar tent, or the mylar sheet that comes in rolls?

cleaning

clean my room (floors and walls) bleach and water
equipment, lights etc. rubbing alcohol but not on any rubber/seals. I have never had a problem w/plastic and alcohol. Mylar, couple of gallons of water an 2 drops of dish soap works real well.
