It's a wee little 3 gal.. it smaller than my usual and bigger than traps usual. Bad thing for me is our plants were neck and neck when he grows in a 2 gal and I grow in a 5........ this could get ugly fast. :crying::rofl:

But after my 1 pint projects I have a theory abut the smaller pots . I'll be testing it this time. I enjoy the luxury of less watering with the 5 gals. But the daily watering with super 02 saturated water with the small air pots and Advanced Nutes. It kinda super charges the plants root structure and growth

I have been saying that for years....i really believe its why i see the yields and plant size that i do in small pots. I think that is the key man, Once they get into stretch and the roots fill the pot, they can and will dry it up daily. Its why i swear by keeping a stone in the water at all times. Sure 24 hrs will saturate the water but it will dissipate pretty fast. If it is there the whole time the roots get 100% avaliable o2 and that mixed with light soil and proper root development is a recipe for massive plant structure.

wee little 3 gallon....lol! It's gigantic to me! I'm all about the deuces ;)

But then my plants basically drink bubbled, bottled water. $$$

OK fellas, one last shot at getting you into a RO system. I found this little 3 stage RO system made by Aquatic Life, called the RO Buddie. $70 bucks off amazon and it takes regular standard cartriges(A plus when it comes time to change em out in about 5 years!) runs 50 gallons a day and is made right here in the USA! Hooks to a washing machine hose(buy a 2 way splitter) or a bathroom sink!! I do not work for them or make a dime off these guys. You all know I research the shit out of everything and found this to be the best bang for your buck and best RO system in its class, when it comes to RO water. You guys running AN nutes will benefit from this more than others NOT using RO water! 50 gallon a day system and for 70 bucks, you cant go wrong, especially with a small footprint. You can hook it up to a bathroom faucet! Kit comes complete to plug and play!

What's up @TaNg it's been a while since seeing ya arpund. It's good to see you bro. Yeah I'm not really saying it's considered a small pot as far as hindering growth but in my normal 5 gals and the 7 gal I use ocassiinally I get the same growth I just don't have to mix and water daily. I'm able to water every other day. Much more convenient for me especially with kids running all over because it's summer time.

Say, these are the challenge and battle threads........ what you doing poking around these parts? ;)

I've been running 2 gallon pots and have had some monsters. Definitely DTW was killing it but I found that setting up my drip with a gravity fed air infused feed rez works just as dandy. And it's less soil per plant, but yes you'd want auto watering or to have hands on once a day atleast..
