I got that it was a joke bro. I personally wanted to challenge the best of the best. I am currently switching to his feed regiment actually. He imho is one of the best auto growers I've been privileged to watch grow.

Yes @912GreenSkell auto Durban, I would choose my strains but I don't think that would be fair of me. Anyway I chose the best auto breeder I could think of. Besides myself..... Jk jk.... But seriously Dutch Passion is my top choice genetics for autos.

I will not close your thread man, I have no control over what thread you post outside this section. What I do have a problem with is people seeing the activity in these section and using this thread for their own promotion. when the thread was first started there was someone using this thread for their own self promotion and I told them how I really feel, and got this thread in hot water not going that route anymore.

I just like to point out, you did not seem angry or didn't throw a "fit" in the traditional sense of kicking and screaming when told no, but you did show the attitude of "well, I'm going to do it anyway" which we are all adults I can't stop you like I said earlier. that is why I didn't say anything to you guys when you set it up and agreed to it, but I think you took it too far when you came back in here and posted a link to a battle that has nothing to do with this section, and then posted again promoting a battle that was "not sanctioned". I have no problem with people having their own battles I don't own the idea, just keep it out of the challenge thread unless it has to do with an official battle.im glad you guys are interested please bring that enthusiasm back when your eligible

I don't recall being told "no". As far as I know I meet the requirements. I did ask at one point if my grows count or not, but I never got a response.

The fact is that starting the thread wasn't about some making some grand retaliatory statement. He had the right seeds on the way, so I took the opportunity to add some fun to the grow I was ALREADY going to be doing, in the section I was already going to be doing it in. For the Mephisto badge.

Calling it an "Unsanctioned" battle, was just supposed to be a cool way of naming it. Because it sounds cool. And it makes for a cool graphic. I had absolutely no idea you and Roark were going to be offended by it.

As far as "advertising", I can't help but point out that I am not selling anything. It seemed like a lot of people, including staff were liking my post here, so I was simply throwing up a pointer so they knew where to find it. I didn't know you could wrongly advertise something that is on the same website.

Are the different sections here in competition with each other? I thought we were all just here to learn and have fun. That's why I am here, and I am completely uninterested in (and blind to) any politics or hierarchical posturing.

With all that said, I am sorry for the misunderstanding. I am going to just continue with my fun.

I have a few takers for photo battles on potpros, but I have yet to find someone to accept an outdoor challenge on the auto's I am trying outside this summer. Anyone want a shot at the title, using either Dutch Passion Auto Ultimate, Daiquiri Lime, Brooklyn Sunrise or Colorado Cookies? I'll be starting them on may the 1st and going in the ground on the 15th of june.(possibly june the first depending on weather)
I won't have 3 documented grow journals done by then and if I do it'll be close I have my first on here wrapping up in the next few weeks and second just started....

I also don't have any of those DP strains only have Durban poison, night queen, euphoria, mazar, daiquiri lime.

Even if I can't "battle" you I'll grow alongside outdoors and just show pics once in a while to compare our different environments with the same strain started nearly the same time.

Sounds great to me Krypt! So the one strain we have in common is the daiquiri, so I guess that would make for a great comparison/battle grow! I'll send you a pm and we'll work on details.
