Lighting CFL Questions

That's reassuring and good to know. I wish there was a bank in the us so it didn't have to go through customs...

I might just have to bite the bullet and risk it.

I had the same feeling 2 years ago. But I gave it a try and Tara, beans. One love and stay stress free

exactly, stress free, you dont need a bank in the us bro, look, put one thing in your head and believe in it, trust me there wont be any problems, 2 out of 15 get confiscated, and they dont put you in jail for it so chilax, one love

So tenatively the grow box is 16" by 24", what would you guys recommend for lighting? I was thinking 2x 125w or 4x 50w. But im pretty clueless on it:confused:

2 125 watters sounds okay, you may be able to pack 3 in there if you arrange it right. Make sure that you're going by actual wattage and not incandescent equivalent wattage. Also you'll need 2 sets 65k for veg and 27k for flower

The packaging will say in bold foe example: 150 watt equivalent, and in small print somewhere it'll be like 45 watts actual. Whenever you see posts about cfl wattage generally everyone is talking in terms of actual wattage.

Come to think of it an actual 125 watt bulb would be huge, they're less efficient at that size. 3 or 4, 45 watt bulbs would be better and I know I read somewhere that 45 is peak efficiency for size and output.

How bad is it to only use 2700k CFL lights for veging auto's?
