It looks like a nutrient problem to me. What is the pH of your soil? What is your water source? What nutrients and how much have you fed her? I had a similar looking problem that turned out to be micronutrient deficiency brought on by my cutting back on the N during bloom, and my micronutrients were in the same bottle of my 2 part base, so I ended up deficient in the micros. Solved the problem by buying a bottle of MicroBlast and fed 5 ml/G every two weeks. MicroBlast is organic based too.
You should really check up on the pH of your medium. If it is out of range, you can have all sorts of weird "symptoms".
