Many people are making canna caps. Loading them by hand is a real pain. And that's if you just make a few at a time. My lady and I take both canna and CBD caps daily. We consume a total of 330 caps a month. We've been using a Cap M Quick machine, it makes 24 at a time. Well now we take this many, it is even not enough, you have to take the caps apart and fill both the top and bottom sections by hand. I find the repetitive motion makes my shoulders and hands hurt. I can only do 48-72 at a time. And we make some for 2 other people! I decided it was time to see if there was something better. I found what I was looking for on ebay: 100 Holes 5pcs Size Acrylic Capsule Filler for size 00 capsules.
Rather than do pics etc, I found a video of the same design on you tube that explains it well.
I just made a batch of 100 caps with it and ohh my! SO much easier! I made 100 in less time than it took me to make 24! Really, watch the video!
Still need to separate the caps but now, my lady and I will do that while we watch tv etc, and bag them till needed. I've started buying 2000 at a time vs 1000 going to using them anyway! Even for one person, you can make a months supply in less than 10 minutes, probably in 5 with practice.
