Nothing, but colas. Nice! It seems the edge of your leaves are curling upwards. If so, you might want to give them a shot of calmag or at least epsom salt. They tend to require more magnesium under our HI-LEDs, due to increased photosynthesis from the high-intensity and spectrum.

Calcium def is exhibited with rusty spots and magnesium with yellowing leaves, curling tips sometimes to much N or on most cases a genetic trait, that's what I've found anyway.
