Indoor Candy Kush Scrog

I love how they pose on that one :niceshot:

Dude that Idian summer is suckin right now man. It was like in the high 90's today, and usually its like 70's around this time of year man. Big ass heat wave in my parts of cali. Indian summer usually isnt this hot here man. Its crazy. Im partially glad I didnt get to grow right now, as I would be sweatin about my krippleberry strain not being able to handle the high heat. Would of totally fried them today and yesterday. Its going to start cooling off through out this week over here. Maybe it will where you are too haha. Candy Kush handles the heat pretty well man. I grew mine during the summer with CFL's..which the summer here in this part of cali is usually 70's-low 80's...I still got some fire meds man. Im sure you will be ok.:goodluck:

They are growing quick bro they must love basking in the heat!! "Munch..munch..munch

Yeah i I'm definately not seeing any signs she's too hot... they're growing faster than my bubblegums for sure! Temperatures much better today, it's pissing down outside! Nice day in front of the tele not worrying about my plants!
I love how they pose on that one :niceshot:

Yeah dude they look like twins! The one on the right (known as CK2 lol) is very slightly ahead, by like half a day i reckon but other than that they are freakin identical! Certainly would make it easier if they stay the same through the whole grow!

DAY 10 - WEEK 2
More of a question than an update... i have fitted my screen as it's a bit fiddly so thought it best to do it now while they are quite small. I've put the screen in 9" above the soil and the plants are both about 4.5" tall. My question is, do you think my bamboo screen is going to shade them too much? Should i take it out and replace it when they are 9" aswell? The last thing i want is to stunt them! Here's a pic, sorry it's not too good quality. Temps much better at 28°, humidity 55%.

Hi Dread, The Ladies are looking righteous! Imo, I'd hold off on setting the screen until they're much closer to the screen. No use in depriving those speedy girls of light :) Glad to hear the temps have abated for you! Have a fine weekend!

I think you will be fine Dreadlow. If you see a lot of shaded areas then i would take it out but if you see enough light penetrating through the scrog then your fine.

Thanks guys... I ended up taking it out in the end... I've remeasured the cords so when I put it back it will sit at 8", and I have altered the kebab skewers supporting them so they're 7" out of the ground, so when the plants get as tall as the support, it's time to put the screen in hopefully with no drama!

Thanks for the input!
