Can you buy marijuana in stores/dispenseries without a greencard?
I live within a days drive from one of these States and am VERY VERY tempted to scrape some money together (somehow) and drive how ever far I need to to find my son some marijuana.

So if I could end up scraping together enough money (for gas and smoke) would I be able to just drive to said state and buy some marijuana legally? It'd be scary ass hell driving all those hours back with some weed on me......but I feel I have to do something...I hate this feeling of not being able to do anything.
*For those that don't know my son has Cancer and only a 35%-40% survival chance.*

Or is it still not that accessible yet? I just feel as though I HAVE to do something.
But really....hmmmm.....come to think of it I'm not sure if I could since I'm his caregiver.....hmmmm. I guess I could try to make it there and back within a whole day and do it on a day when his mom doesn't work.

Well whatever, I'll leave at 4am and come home at 2am for my son if I have too.

Yeah I just didn't want to buy a med. License though, we don't have any money as is. Just trying to think of all our options. My boys back in hospital cause he's malnutritioned from not eating enough. He's skin and bones already and that really worries us and the Dr's.

So home for a few days...back at hospital for a few...then home for a few days then back for chemo....then home...then back and so on.
Think we were able to stay home 4-5 days consecutively maybe once.

Your best bet and cheapest, would be to find some one around where you live to hook you up.......If you got to drive 24 hours? A medical card could cost any where from 100 to 250 dollars, that is about what you would spend in fuel and supplys.

its so fucked up that people who need cannabis cant get it without a ton of risks. makes me so mad. i have schizophrenia and the only thing that helps is cannabis, i know thats nowhere near as serious as your son's health but i can relate and understand the utter fucking frustration of not having any meds when you need them the most. you sound like a great father, much respect to you. imo though risking being taken away from your son for being cought crossing the border with weed is not worth the risk. whatever you choose to do i wish you the best.
