all i know is: its around six weeks old

I don't follow you. Sorry. Like what strain is it? It looks like one of the dwarfs to me man. Like the red or white. Might be a little tall for that though. One of the more experienced guys will know better.

It's impossible to say what strain as all strains look similar, especially at that age. Best you can say is it's indica dominant based on the fat leaves. If it was sativa dominant the leaves would be longer and thinner.

Thanks, Muddy. That was kinda sorta what I was getting at. It definitely seemed like a shorter indica to me and not a sativa so I just threw dwarves out there. Thanks for the clarification.

I would be really impressed and suprised if anyone could identify that male for you mate,and I would call BS pretty quick if someone did..At best a very experienced breeder may be able to give you a rough idea of the percentage of sativa/indica the plant may have,but most growers don't have enough experience with male plants as many of us throw them away at first sight.I don't know how many growth characteristics a male and female plant of any particular variety may share too,so even if someone had huge experience working with any particular strain they may not be able to recognise a male of that same plant with 100% certainty..Good luck finding out what it is mate,if you are keeping it for breeding purposes it may be that you won't know what it is until you make a cross with it and recognise some traits in the offspring that are clearly not from the mother...its a difficult one for sure

thanks for all the info everyone, i went to town a few days ago and was given it as it was auto, i have a small female dr feelgood so im just going to leave them together to see what happens lol, at least the seeds will be autos, so that is something positive

i taped the male last night and pollen fell into my hand so i used a small clean brush to pollinate the dr feelgood female in hope to get seeds, this is my first time trying to make seeds, wish me luck

also the male is either mi5 or ak 47, they were free seeds that didnt get taged
