Indoor Calling All Experts!!! Need advice for Snow Ryder.

It's Official! 3 Females...

So they all showed sex at day 30 give or take a day. I'm impressed with that! Even the one I nute burned bad has shown sex eventho she's almost 2 full nodes behind the other two. Here's pics of the girls and their pistils! Sorry if it seems noobish that I'm so excited over the pistils! This is first for me!

Here's the first of our females. She's the biggest/tallest out of the 3. She was affected the least out of my mistake.

Third Female that is 2 nodes behind and took the worst of the nute burn.

Also, for the record I have changed the light regiment to 20/4 and gave first "real" feeding tonight. Grow Natural, Bloom Natural, & Honey ES. 1/4 of teaspoon of each in a gallon of water. So far so good. :D

Thank you Killa!! I'm very happy I ended up 50/50. I got 4 more Snow Ryders germinating right now -- should be ready to go tomorrow. Pickin' up some Happy Frog for the new seedlings and some Fox Farm Ocean Forest to put the girls in. They need better soil and bigger pots for sure. Transplanting them into 1 gallon pots. Our one girls is shootin' out pistils by the hour lol VERY cool to watch and I can't WAIT til she starts to bud like crazy. The other one is right behind her and the third one is still not growing I think. Really weird... She's showin' pistils but she's not growing anymore as I can see. Hopefully she'll take off when we transplant her!

looks like we missed each other in the posting.. see above links...

and I'd agree with Dr A on the fems... 2 years to stabilize a femmed strain bak out... on your scale... not worth your time IMO... :peace:

Hey JM... I'm on m-s.nl now and all their autos are fem seeds. So your Autoberry AutoWidow & LowRyder were all fem seeds? If so, how'd they come out for you? Did any of yours turn hermi? I'm pretty positive that's going to be our next purchase & grow... If we can't afford the 3 strain deal we're definitely getting the AutoBerry and AutoWidow.

Hey guys. Been busy with the girls today! We picked up some Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil and 1 gallon pots. I made a new buddy at the Hydro Store. The owner is very nice and he told me he can get me anything I need so that's comforting knowing I can just go buy Fox Farm whenever I need it. He can also get me my Humboldt Nutes and he's cheaper than I can find on the net so I'm thinking this is the beginning of a permanent thing! I have to say how impressed I am by Fox Farm's Ocean Forest soil. It's like velvet. That has to be the cleanest smelling soil I've seen in a bag. I was expecting some smelly stuff with the ocean ingredients and such but dang! I'm HOOKED for sure! I think the girls are too! It's been about 6-7 hours since we transplanted and everything still looks good! So far out of the 4 more SR we have germinating only 2 have popped out. I'm waiting on the other two... I hope they pop out soon! Here are some pics of the girls in their new homes and new soil!

She's takin' off! I hope the FFOF and new pots help her along!

This was the Runt... I have a feeling she's going to be our best plant as far as yield.

This one still doesn't show any signs of growing but I transplanted her anyway... I want to see if the new soil and home will do her good.

:smokebuds:

EDIT: oh yeah... not a single hermie or male... spot on though and through... FLAWLESS!!!!

Hey JM! Thanks a lot for the details. That sounds like EXACTLY what we've been lookin' for!! Will definitely let you know when I do order those beans from ms.nl!! Next step for us now I think is to upgrade our lighting system. Want at least 250W or 400W HPS. I'll go higher once I get that room cleared out and can use the entire room. 600W or above would need the whole room I'm guessin' because of heat and you can't really stuff 12 plants or more in the closet!! lol I'm LOVIN' this Fox Farm soil!!

Sounds good man! Yeah I'm diggin' *stitch's* strains! From what you say about those strains and I DEF want to grow his Onyx and Super Cali Haze. I'm excited to see how a Sativa Auto would grow! I recognize his reputation and would like to be another happy grower of his strains! That Onyx sounds insane.... Numerous strains all in one. Crazy! There is also that Short Stuff pack where you get all of his/their strains and some mystery strains as well. Going to do that sometime soon too! Growing Autos is becoming very addicting!

hey west looking good bro. yah i was same as u thought the soil was gonna be way dif when i opened it but it really is like velvet lol. gonna be using foxfarms again on next grow but i also wanna try the hempy method.

Hey Killa! Yeah Fox Farms is definitely going to by my soil of choice for future grows. I just have to find the perfect soil for seedlings. The stuff we're using now is Scott's Earthgro organic but I'd like to find something geared for MJ. I do want to try Humboldt Nutrient soil sometime too since I'm using their nutes. Would like to see if it really makes that much difference. The Hempy Method... That's the soil-less method right? Perilite/Vermiculite mix in the bucket? Yeah we've read that some people have great results that way. If I remember correctly... You used FFOF through the whole grow right? Did you put your seedlings in it?
