I hear ya man. Im trying. I cut out all caffeime, soda, all that. Im definitely the most active and healthy person i know. But in todays world that dont mean much. Quit cigarettes few years ago.I eat alot of fresh produce. I jump rope 5 times a week, bike 3 times a week. Do 100 pushups twice weekly. Ive lost 54 pounds but that doesnr seem to matter. I fo have some issues at home..more family than home but that does cause some of my anxiety. And the strains ive grown have been great for my anxiety so far. So if anything ill just continue those same kind if worse case. I need prolly more of a hybrid for the 90 ccent amber maybe not. Seemed my akr i let get about 25 percent amber i gained 10 pounds and was a couch potato and not to mention i took naps lol. I never take naps.
