Boog if you let your bud go long enough before harvest you shouldn’t experience too much anxiety I wouldn’t think. You might need almost 90% amber or something like that. I have had anxiety from pre mature bud before.
Most of my anxiety issues are based on lifestyle and lack of exercise. Stress from work and home can also be an issue. I practice breathing exercises to help... it works pretty well.
