I have:

10x Reg MI5
3x Chaze
3x Cobra

I plan on doing one of two things:

A) Self pollinate the Fem Chaze/Cobra using CS
B) Naturally pollinate Chaze/Cobra using Male MI5 (assuming i get a worthy male)

Now, I may end up doing both, but im curious for some input on how the AF trait carries over.

I have bred plants before but never had such an important trait to have carry over. (I have bred Purple with a non purple, and the offspring didnt turn purple and I was okay with that.)

So my question is, what is the success rate of having that AF trait carry over. I have seen people say 25% up to 100%. I am not getting my photo's involved yet, as I will save that for a later project.

Thanks

From my experience w/ both CS and natuaral pollenation, if you have a stable AF, you'll continue to get AF's. Pheno types will be different but I like the variety found from natural pollen. Go! Scatter to the winds!!! I've loved my x-breeds thus far. Each time a more robust seed and product!!!

Thanks for the input!

The only other question left is would I be better off selfing, or with a sibling... Chaze#1 x self, or Chaze#1 x Chaze#2/#3? This would be the difference between an S1 and an F1, if im not mistaken? I am very new to the details. Ive only done this in the past without knowing what I was doing as far as proper terminology is concerned.
