New Grower BR549's First Grow (or, I finally get off my ass...)

I hear you, and, let's be honest, my reaction was pure paranoia-nothing rational about it. But I just couldn't shake it.

Well you certainly did the right thing holding off until it was legal for you to grow. If the paranoia was that strong you would have never experienced growing the way it should be(enjoyable).

Okay, I did kind of sneak a peak in the bag last night. For one thing, I was a bit nervous about leaving that top in one piece, so I broke it up. Today I weighed the bag, and apparently opening that bag once really sped things up. Buds are now jarred @63 RH. Let's face it, my growing isn't the only part of the process that needs work..

So that gets me to 23.3 (after 'accidental' smoking...). Could an ounce and a half be in reach? Come on C; grow, baby, grow!

Sometimes when I jar my buds they appear to become more moist as the moisture on the inside of the bud begins to work it's way to the outside ... this process can take a couple months ... nice looking buds ...

"C" has fallen; let's all give a moment of silence and then move on to thinking about smoking her...

If I'm doing my math right, and ounce and a half is still within reach; depends on how much I lose in the drying on this third plant. Although I see some suspiciously long stems in that photo...

This one actually did well enough to have a few hidden popcorn buds I didn't know were there-looks like enough for a doob or two.

Well, the tent is now taken down, folded up, and stuffed under the bed. That's it for me!

Oh, wait; what's this? A new, larger tent? Well, I guess I'm kind of obligated now...

Seriously, as soon as I get this new 3 X 3 tent up and ready (I've been kind of dragging; still pretty sore from the bicycle accident!) I'll be gong with two 24 Carat and two Toof Decay for my next grow. Can't wait to get started, but I'm going to make sure that soil is READY this time!

I made a few comments early on about switching to hyrdro, but I"ll do that later when the reason is "I want to try hydro" rather than "Waaaaaaahhhh! Soil is too hard!".

That might work out if I had any place to put up a second tent. The living room might be noticeable, and that's about the only place left. As long as I don't want to get into the closet.
