Seed Stockers Boradan's easy (HA!) RDWC Blackberry Gum with tea ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I did a res change today and added 2 cups.
Also started a fresh tea.
Giving her 250ml (just over a cup) every 2-3 days
:tonic:

How often do you do a res change running bennys?
I haven't done one for a bit, I've read anything from usual res changes, to just doing one every harvest.

24 hours after the reservoir change and lifting the lights by about 1", it would appear that she didn't get fazed in the slightest. Quite the opposite:

Just realised I had forgotten to include her feeding in the update from yesterday for the reservoir change, so:

Nutrients (60 Litre total reservoir size):

Mega Crop: 15.85g
Epsom Salts: 5g
Cal Mag Pro: 5g
Sweet Candy: 7.93g
Heisenberg Tea: 500ml

Current readings:

pH: 6.0
ppm (including 170ppm from tap water): 460
Water Temperature: 21.9 C
Air Temperature: 25.9 C
RH: 67.9%
VPD: 0.7

The new batch of tea was made with the following:

Heisenberg Tea:

Water: 7.5 Litres
Plagron Worm Castings: 2 handfuls
Molasses: 1 tablespoon
Myco Grow Hydro: 10g
Great White: a tiny shake

Missed the post about the time for res change, thanks for the info!

DAY 19 UPDATE

No issues so far (apart from her starting off slowly as usual for me)
Topped her 4 days ago and also stripped off the first set of single blade leaves.

She has recovered nicely from that.
Added some pH'ed water as she looked to be getting a touch of Nitrogen claw.
She is getting 250ml of tea every 2 days.

The roots are now over a foot long and starting to bulk out:

Ignore the brown stain on the roots - I had just poured some tea over the hydroton and it was still running down the root

Looking good Boradan :cools:

She looks good, I have a question about the tea, what does yours smell like, and do you get any "brown slime" on the airstones, sides of res etc?
I get a wet dog kinda smell and brown slime, but once added just an earthy smell to the res and roots look fine. I'm just concerned about the brown crap. It really has no smell.

Don't worry about the slime - it is simply a biofilm from all of the microbes you are adding to your system.
With the smell, wet dog is fine. If it starts smelling like week old gym socks, then you are having issues ;)
