How do you keep your humidity so high? I struggle with 55%!
I may put the cups in a stand and start top watering. Let runoff go into a tray and use it to increase the humidity.

I guess it has to do with the surface area of the water. A low but wide dish can also help I think.
Ooor, you could go the high-tech approach and use something like this.
