I am having watering problems. I always under water my plants. I think it's a fear of over watering. I ordered some classic blue mats to try with my 6 current autos. They have about 4-6 weeks left and I've under watered again and it causes other problems like nutrient lock out due to dry pockets in the pot. I'm just wondering if anyone else uses these for their smaller auto grows and how it has worked for them?

Gravity fed. I got a six carrot kit. Also some capillary mat with the surface carrot

i have some and have tried them. I may have gotten too impatient and quit using them early. I couldn't seem to dial them in. Either I would flood the pot or it would dry up and I would have to submerge the carrot again to get the air out. I got my GroBuckets shortly after and have been using them ever since. They do demand a little bit of height though. After using the GroBuckets and being able to visually see the water and how the plant reacts when it is getting dehydrated I do believe I could do a better job now if I didn't have the buckets. Plus. Since having them, I have never over-watered

Overwatering as in flooding the tent? Stuck open?

Yes. As in stuck open. I had a catch pan so it didn't make a mess. That's also when I found out to raise the humidity I could just pour water into the pan and let it evaporate. Good learning there.
