Indoor Blueberry Skunk Auto

I used an extra old bedsheet over the front of my tent...Damn zipper was letting light in.
Refer to one of my threads from my posts if you want a solution. I got a zipper door

Thanks folks - bedsheet is an option I can explore for sure. I will look into your thread and see if zipper door is an option. The challenge for me is that my lights on hours are 4PM to 12PM (20 hours). I do this to combat the high temps during the day and manage the lower temps during the nights. I will have to switch over to a 6:30AM to 6:30PM lights on schedule and manage the high temps with a more powerful swinging tower fan, etc. Joys of growing your own weed - expect the unexpected!

Blueberry Skunk D36:
She is continuing to grow quite well. One of the lower bud sites isn't getting enough light due to one of the fan leaves, so I will likely do a bit of light pruning tomorrow.

Runtz Day 22:
Fed her 2.2 liters of 250 PPM nutes at pH 5.9. She is starting to take off. In a week or so, I will have to turn on her Autopot bottom feeding system.

Blueberry Skunk D37:
Still no signs of flowering - checking with the breeder if he accidentally gave me a photo instead of an auto. Either way, I will have to switch to 12:12 soon enough. She is super thirsty, drinking up lots and lots of nutes. I have bumped up the PPM to around 500.

Runtz D23:
Topped her today! She has been doing quite well, so I hope the stress from topping her today won't derail her growth (my previous attempt at growing her, which was my 1st grow ever was such a disaster)

Blueberry Skunk (D38):
Increased the height of the lights since a couple of the bud sites were less than 6 inches away. Increased the intensity of the light to 60% to maintain a good PPFD for both the plants. She continues to grow with no signs of flowering.

Runtz (D24):
Looks like topping her has had minimal negative impact - she has put on a lot of growth. Also, her fan leaves have gone well past the edge of the pot, so turned on the autopot system - only concern is that my nutes reservoir is at 500 PPM right now, so might be too much for her, but we shall see…

I've been growing Blueberry Skunk photo for a few years now and what I've learned is that they're the stretchiest, longest time- to- finish strain I have grown. I know the genetics are totally different with the auto genes introduced but it's interesting they're taking their sweet time flipping to flower, seriously the laziest strain to finish ever hahaha. I absolutely love the strain and the extra time to finish them properly is worth it - it is an absolute favorite of mine and the homiez.
Yours look fantastic and super healthy, thanks for the journal!

Thank you so much for chiming in - you are the first person I have encountered who has actually grown this strain. I was getting worried that it might be a photo and I have to switch over to 12:12 lighting schedule, which will impact the Runtz that's a couple of weeks behind. Is it your recommendation that I stick with the current lighting schedule and wait for her to switch over to flowering by herself? Do you happen to recall how long it took for your plant to start flowering? And yes, she just keeps stretching even with a DLI of close to 60!

His may be a photo it sounds like so he definitely has to switch to 12 12.

never one to complain about veg, but just want to make sure it will flower soon - if it gets too tall, will have a tough time managing it in the grow cabinet.

that's my concern - can't let it grow too tall since I will run out of vertical space. I will have to switch to 12:12 in a couple of days.
