Indoor Blueberry Skunk Auto

Blueberry Skunk Day 20:
She is starting to take off quite well now, can see lots of growth and increase in height. I also see a vertical purple strip on the main stem - is that just genetics or something I should look into?

Runtz Day 6:
She is coming along fine too. I guess I should wait for another week or so before transplanting her to her final grow bag, right?

Good possibility it's genetics. Mine have had stripes of varying shades of purple. Looks like your off to a good grow.

Blueberry Skunk Day 21:
She is continuing to grow well without any issues. Until I turn on the autopot system, I decided to create a bit of an air gap between the bottom of the fabric pot and the autopot base (as recommended by @Mañ'O'Green ). Increased the intensity of the light to 725 PPFD so that we can achieve a DLI of 50+ (at 52 as suggested by @CannabisMingus )

Runtz Day 7:
Steady (but slow) progress. I just noticed that some of the roots have reached the bottom of the solo cup already - does this mean it's time to transplant or should I wait for another week? @MrAutoGrower

I don’t use root riots or anything, I pot straight into the solocup.

Wait until she’s a bit more hearty. Around day 11 maybe. Post a picture of her when she’s 11 days old and I’ll let you know if you should transplant. I transplant around day 12-14 but it really depends how big they get.

You do not use an air-gap in an autopot. If I said to do that I mis-understood how you were growing. I may have got you confused with someone else as I can have several conversations going on at once. Follow the autopot instructions to get the bottom feed going.

I get that - I am only using the air gap until I turn on bottom feeding. Right now, I am feeding from the top and letting the fabric pot sit in the autotpot base.
PS: the suggestion was not specific to me but a general guidance, which makes a lot of sense.

Blueberry Skunk Day 22:
Robust growth continues with fan leaves now reaching the edge of the pot - guess I will have to turn on the autopot soon. I DIY'd my own reservoir using a 20 liter water container with a valve/tap and an RO pipe to connect to the 2 autopots.

Blueberry Skunk D23:
Her leaves have now gone past the pot, so I will be turning on the autopot tomorrow - I prepared 2 gallons of 250PPM nutes at PH 5.7 (tends to drift upwards everyday, so will have to monitor closely) with a bit of added cal-mag. This will be my first ever autopot grow, so excited to see the potential.

Here is a poor man's version of the autopot reservoir that I made from a 20 liter water container. Since the container was transparent, I ended up spray painting it with red paint to make it opaque (I think it's the worst paint job that I have seen :D). Also, added a tap with a 3/8 inch valve that fits the new aquavalve 5 pipes - will be adding 2 additional valves closer to the pots so that I can have individual pot level control in addition to the main valve above. Would love to hear thoughts/suggestions on this setup
