New Grower Blue Dream, Sour Stomper, Black Strap grow

This round I’m doing 2 Blue Dream autos, a Sour Stomper, and a Black Strap. Using HF with some perlite added. I’ll be using the Advanced Nutrient PH Perfect base trio and Fish Sh!t, as well as Botanicare CalMag. I have 2 100w LEDS in this 2x2 tent which can get it pretty toasty in there (mid 80’s with both at 100%) but I haven’t had any issues yet.

All 4 sprouted the same day, 12/29. Today is day 5. Watered with PH water a day after they sprouted and have just been misting keeping the top wet since. They all seem to be doing well.

It's all I use. You can go a few weeks without having to feed but I usually start feeding at day 7. I have a King Gelato going as sort of a test, where I drenched the soil in heavy nutes before dropping the seed then fed heavy nutes from day 1. I have done everything wrong, according to this forum. It's a very happy plant and is doing very well. I don't always agree with all the info disseminated on this forum but most of it is good. Cannabis plants are very hearty and you have to really overfeed them or HST to early to screw them up. I've been growing photos outdoors off and on for 25 years and autos aren't all that different.

These plants will be topped once they show sex and have 6-7 nodes. I won't be doing any LST. This seems to work best for me. I grow in smaller 1 gallon pots and have been harvesting more weed than I can give away.

I'm another HF user. Works like a charm for my grow style (freaking lazy). 4-5 weeks before it's spent so I start bloom nutes about week 4.
Think yur gonna like that Black Strap, Mine is stacking nicely.

One thing I am going to change up is adding extra perlite to HF. I think the plants take longer to set sturdy roots with extra perlite. Just knocked the Black Strap over watering it. I think it's gonna be ok but it's not the first time I've had that happen since I started adding extra perlite.

I run 3 pots of HF, 1 pot of black kow and 1 pot of perlite ratio......( I use 1 gallon plastic garden pots to mix up a batch)

It's the weirdest thing. I knocked the Black Strap over yesterday watering, basically uprooted her, and today she's doubled in size. I love how resilient these plants are. I will say though, the 2 BD autos do seem much heartier than the well known genetics. Of course they're probably much older genetics even if they aren't really BD.

I love it when they get to this point. 3 sets of leaves and in a week they’ll have double that. In another week it’ll be time too top

. This is the Black Strap. She’s short and squatty but has passed the others in size despite being almost completely uprooted while watering.
