The blue cheese is getting there. I think my pots are too small and my temps are too low as well as my environment being very dry, all contributing to my leaves yellowing. I beilieve they are still healthy and am not worried about them finishing their cycle strong.

These two came up around sept 15 for the widow and 17th for the blue cheese.

Definetly still learning here and these plants have been friendly and forgiving to me.

Looking forward to a nice slow dry and some smooth smokes! I think I have my curing process a little more calculated.

I'd say the blue cheese can sit for another week or two at the most and the widow has a month or more left in her.
