Absolutely - and also Northern Lights is pretty low on the offensive odor scale too!
Well after the excitement of yesterdays climax to the BOM comp (congrats again Trapper!) I thought I would update with what I have going on in my tent.
My Cream Manderine is still very small and slow after her tough start to life. I was going to pull and replace her, but she has shown such a will to live that I figure she should get the chance so I´m gonna see what she´s got!
I have a Dutch Passion Auto Ultimate in a 26.5L smart pot who is 5 days younger than the Cream Manderine but already significantly bigger:

Here is an HSO Auto Blue Dream that popped her head out this morning. She is in a 25L plastic pot and I am really excited to see what she can do.
And this is the next plant to be harvested - a Mallorca Seeds Northern Lights x AK who should be coming down tomorrow time permitting:
When the rest of the plants close to harvest come out, I have a Heavyweight Fast & Vast and an HSO Auto Bubba Kush to go in. The pots are prepared and I just need to wait for space!
I hope all you guys in the US have a great Superbowl Sunday (I´ll be having a siesta this afternoon so I can stay up to watch - its not rugby which is my passion, but I still enjoy American Football!).

My NL is pretty much odorless, I do have a carbon filter going but when I take it out no odor in the room when I take out my purple Kush it definitely smells.
Well this seems to be a daily occurance at the moment! Here are some pre-harvest pics of an auto Northern Lights x AK who will be chopped, washed in H2O2 and hung to dry today. She is looking quite crispy as I have had her on minimal water since I found the powdery mildew (my thinking being that the dryer she is the less chance the PM has to take hold). No science to back that up but it makes sense to my weed addled brain - plus I have been known to let them dry in their pots before chopping - part of me feels like it increases resin production, but again no science involved!
After this one is chopped there are just 2 more to come down - a NL x Black Domina and another NL x Ak. The Black Domina is ready now and the second AK needs at least another week, maybe 2 (in fact I might put her back on nutes as she is not maturing as fast as I thought when I started her on plain water!).

Loving that plant dude, she looks awesome. Big long trunk worth of buds. Id say you are doing the right thing about the PM too.
Thanks Grim - the PM really sucks but at least it hasn´t got out of hand. And washing them feels so alien, but actually works so well that I´m thinking about doing it to all my future harvests. It makes for a really clean smoke even before curing.
The AK buds are long and tight - seems to be carrying a lot of weight considering how dry I´ve kept her so I´m hoping for 2.5oz of dry weight. My 2nd AK is miles behind and looks like she needs loads more time!
Yeah, but I think I am gonna finally have to pull it - growth is so slow and it is tiny. I will give her 2 more days and if there is no significant progress she gets to try and survive in the Spanish winter sun on my balcony!
Yet another set of harvest pics to share guys. These are a Mallorca Seeds Auto Northern Lights x Black Domina. She is a beast - massive, rock solid nugs that feel like you could play conkers with them!
I think dry weight should be really healthy as the buds are so dense I imagine they will carry plenty of weight, but time will tell.
