big yielding autoflowering strains.

Breeders that's know for high yelid. Greenhouse seeds, and dutch passion are top of the list hands down and they have stable genes for high yelid. Yeild wise I wouldn't use anyone else

I've done greenhouse seeds auto ultimate and for me it didn't come close to the dutch passion TD or blue mazar. I found it had issues with bud rot, sometimes had a very slow period during early veg, a lot of the leaves were malformed and often had only 3 prongs per leaf and the lower bud tended to be very leafy and not very pleasant, potency wasn't up with the DP either.

If we're talking about big yields then I would say concentrate more on your setup than what seed your using, I've just pulled over 100g dry off a delicious seeds, la diva - a strain that was bred to be very small! She had a pretty shitty early life as I used a root riot that was too old too.

DP are known to consistently give above average yields, but imo, the auto strains they have are all too similar, fantastic as very potent cash crop plants, a bit meh for personal supply. Bare in mind you really need a square metre per plant for anything from DP.
I've tried a couple of Delicious seeds, La Diva and Diavolo, much less focussed on size, but the flavour and high were much nicer in my opinion, tighter, denser, stickier nugs and you could just about squeeze 4 into a 1.2m x 1.2m tent.
I'm about half way through an emerald triangle headlights kush auto, this thing is just crazy, all through it's life it's had a massively thick stem and it's just about to start flowering and it's already 1.5m tall! Looking at the couple of other people that have grown this strain you can easily get 150g per plant and they take up bugger all floor space.

So, to answer your question of big yielding auto's
Decide whether you want to maximise the amount of bud for your space, or do you want to keep the workload down and only concentrate on one or 2 plants at a time. These larger, bushier plants do need A LOT of their smaller branches pruned in early life or you end up with a crowded plant and a shit ton of popcorn. Something which smaller plants aren't nearly as dependent on.
My advice would be to forget about yield for your first few plants, stick with stable genetics (DP are about as stable as they come) and purchase the right equipment first time, I've stopped helping friends that grow in soil or with cfl's as DWC and LED's are so much easier in my opinion - there's no point in complaining about price, you will make that back in the yield difference of your first plant. I also insist on RO water, fuck knows what's in the water already - I don't want to be smoking oestrogen!

Out of curiousity what are the strains of these two seed banks you would say are the best yielders?

(Photoperiod or Autoflower, or both :)

DP: AutoExtreme, AutoUltimate, Auto Mazar, Think Different.

my 2 cents

I know more from my research on autos, so i cant speak much about growing photos.
from what i have seen and talk to others, and researching grow logs id say top 3 auto yeilders would be.

DP
- Auto Xtreme, Auto Ultimate, and Auto Mazar(think different could go in there also)
GreenHouse Seeds- Auto Kalashnikova(this one is a real sleeper), Auto Northern Lights, Super Critical

I would say any Good Auto with Ak,Critical Mass genes will give a nice Outcome. Magic indeed the Auto Kala from Greenhouse is a Beast yieldwise but so the Sweet Mango Auto is too but she needs a bit longer at least the Top Pheno which is very Sativa Leaning. Also a Mate of mine did Auto Seeds Auto Pounder with a very good Yield(also Big Bud/Crit influenced).

From what i experienced so far the Tyrone Special is a very good yielder too. Only did her in Small pods but she yielded almost 1 gr. per cm of Height. In big Pods she might yield like a beast too.

I've got an autoxtreme finishing flowering right now, we'll see if the yield takes away from potency. This is what usually happens when I grow photo strains, high yield strains usually don't make it into my head stash jars.
