id say its ten or eleven inches might even be a foot its hard for me to measure with it bein so bush and i got the main cola and ten little colas? (sidebranches)?

no i dont have one and i will get one as soon as i can spare the money for one even if its five bucks that throws me off budget right now and ive done this hole grow without a thermometer ph tester nothin just lights good water nd shitty nutes....and it wouldnt of bothered me but ive never seen my leaves stand straight up they wernt sittin level they were straight in the air

You can get a thermometer real cheap, not more than 2 bucks. Don't you have one anywhere in your house? You need to know what the temperature is in there so you can adjust the heater correctly. The ideal temperature is 79 degrees. If your leaves did that, I would bet you had it well over 100 degrees.

its very possible some leaves look real hot like they almost burned or did a little but im glad i checked on it when i did

I have never had that happen with the leaves and I have frequently had the temperatures over 90 f.

I had the thermal cut off on my exhaust fan trip last year and temps got up to 134. Had crispy leaves doing that. I wouldn't be surprised it his temps got up into that range.

One of these days someone is going to come up with a meter that does NPK, salt level, calcium and magnesium with one simple test. Of course it will robably be the Chinese. Of course it could also do PPM of each in solution. I'm asking too much aren't I? If anyone has a PAR light meter and they want to send it to me for Christmas I would so appreciate it.

i guess it could of gotten that high but i dont see a tiny ass heater gettin somethin that hot but i could be way off nd yeah some of my leaves are krispy now she looks sick not as full as yesterday hope everything works out

The heater I use is just an $18 one from Walmart, 1500 watts. Those things can easily over heat a small area very fast if set too high.

I heat my bubbly tank room with a 1500 watt cheapie also. It is all that is needed in a room 8'X9' X8' high. The lights do the rest of the heating.
