i have a really dumb question the flowers that are on the top of my plant is that bud? i can see some buds forming down lower in the nodes but are those flower type tops bud kinda looks like it and its got white hairs threw it ? like i said its a dumb question and everytime i google somethin about it i get full grown plants that dont help me so if any one can chime in i would appricate it.....


ps... im pretty sure its cuz im flowering and my plants switchin energy from leaves to bud but my older leaves are turnin a pale greenish yellow is that normal or do i need to add somthin to my plant to help her out

When thee buds start growing they begin as loads of white hairs around the flower. You'll see loads of those hairy things all over the plants and eventually more and more will grow, they'll fill in together and you'll have my bud.

I'd need to see a pic of your plants, know about your setup before I can answer about the discolouration on your plants.

Girls get long white pistils..like eyelashes..

The ones that look as if they are gonna get small Flowers..are the males...

maybe you cant really see it. well shit idk but theres my set up and dont mind the nute burn that was my fault i shoulda been smarter

this isnt a male plant theres pistils and swollen calyex all over her i just trashed the males about a month ago or so...

so im lookin at my plant a few mins ago and notice that the calyx that are towards the bottom almost look burnt whats this mean im startin to think my plant might be diein :cry:

I think they will pull through and the burning looks like the leafs touched the bulbs and scorched

it could be? im runnin cfl's tho and its a good distance away i can at least fit my hand in between and still not burn myself but i really got on here just to say that i used to rainwater instead of bottled water and when i went to check on her this morning she looked great almost a overnight change in how the leaves looked i kinda wonder if my ph was off on the bottled water
