Hey guys i just smoked some qreat mental floss from my last grow and its got the brain flowin. I figured i would just share some thoughts off the brain. Coco is some amazing stuff! I am absolutely amazed at the growth and style of coco. I just make my 5 gallon res and she's good for a whole week. "Set it and forget it". The buds are starting to get rock hard! I think this is going to be my best grow yet! For a plant in a 2 gallon pot this girl is massive! She's got a stem at the base of her ATLEAST 3" around! Never have I seen a marijuana plant with such a huge main stem! I am a firm believer in coco an I couldn't be happier. I think I've found my favorite growing style no doubt.
I let her dry out for a 24 hour period and WOW the buds just exploded. Even my wife noticed how big she got just over night. So I've turned the feeding down to once a day in hopes that she will take advantage of the extra oxygen. I've notice that the pot was staying pretty moist with 2 Feedings. If these buds are already this huge i can't even imagine how big they are going to be in the next 4 weeks.
I think after growing photos I've defiantly learned so much more about the mj plant and the stages it goes through. I feel that autos are actually a lot harder to grow due to the fact that every mistake will determine the outcome. And to really get the most out of an auto the timing for Feedings, and what is being fed is very crucial. Now that I've actually looked back at my other auto grows this information was unknown to me. I feel that during this grow I have submersed myself in a pool of knowledge and all of my grows have come together and just magically clicked in my head and now it all makes sense. Knowledge is a crazy thing!

Dude, you are SO stoned right now. And it's all true. Every plant you've grown has been huge.
Where did you get all the knowledge for coco? Did you buy a kit?

I just researched everything online. I built my drip system from scratch. Basically it's a table with a screen that the plant sits on. And the res bucket sits under it. The runoff just drips right back into the bucket. I've been having good results with recirculating, but it's not as used as drain to waste. You can however buy kits for coco, but it's cheaper to do it yourself.

Stashmouth. I need to master soil first, but I see these 2-4 container kits for cheap. Always thought it would be easier to control temps and add humidity(ambient RH stays around 30 here) this way. But I have enough trouble with soil. Just started my 3rd grow two weeks ago. The first was pretty much as expected, decent plants with low potency. Second was stellar until flower when the mites (Borg) took it over. Fought them for a month. Good smoke though. If you like the taste of mites, or just the thought of it.
Oh hey stash I didn't know that was you man. Glad you are here as usual. Send me a link to your grow ill watch you along the way. I've never had any problems with pests (besides lady bugs but luckily they eat the bad bugs). Right now I'm growing coco and soil and IMO I feel coco is way easier. And using a drip system is just awesome.
Well guys I saw the first orange hairs at the tops of a couple buds today. The first sign that the buds are starting to mature. And my oh my they are getting huge! Some are starting to fox tail and other just have gigantic calyx's. She smells of berry with a somewhat pine smell to her. If you've ever smelled easy Ryder, then you've smelled this girl!
I'm thinking she may go another 3 weeks till final flush. I'm hoping this will be my biggest yeild yet for 1 plant. So far these are the denser buds I've grown and I give coco all the credit.

Hey GG thanks buddy glad you are aboard the truu train. Coco is a breeze and I'm lovin it. Def stickin with coco from now on.
