Grow Mediums Bc's Hydro adventures

Great news!!! three of the cuttings DID make it! I went ahead and potted them up anyway threw them outside in a shady spot and promptly forgot them. I knew they were dead.Right? Nope!! I just found them, I cleaned them up trimmed off the dead and have them in quarantine now. Ill get pics up soon.one of them is the right cutting too! I may still get my seeds! woot!

oh and a few pics from today

I know your used to it but id shoot for a LOWER ec not a higher one even in organics. you should check some of the newer synthetics comin out there way concentrated ..That is unless your committed to organics.. ;)
Then again because your pro ,your ppms are made up of a lot of other things besides nutes so yeah what i said is debatable.

Actually sounds like good advice! the RH is dropping and the temps are falling and the plants are transpiring faster. Fall is here! I've only added back pure water last two add backs.

Awesome news dude! :), and yeah with the organics its probably one of the most common misconceptions with organics but the truth is that roots are simply more tolerant to the higher ppms in organics .

This can right away be argued by anyone that knows there stuff well that plants go into "genetic metabolic overdrive" or "beast" mode when pushed with nutes which is why in the past with photo's they have tried to burn them and still many people do .i have had a lot of friends that believe very steadfastly in this hypothesis (not theory is it is actually science fact).
However i do not belive this to be the best way to grow at all unless alot more was factored into the environment... food for thought ;) the girls look lovely :D

Thanks. well they had other ideas. they were getting hungry and was pushing a calcium deficiency and a little short P of all things.so Im running full up, just short EC 2.0 ppm 990 before last add back. I took some pics at lights out to show the slightly off color. not as easy to spot on the light colored one cause she has looked a little yellow since she sprouted.

Oh ya this is @ week 7

Oh ya as promised the cuttings. those of you that have monster cropped or re-vegged a plant you couldn't bear to lose may recognize this. it seems all you have to do to re-vegge an auto is all but kill it.:backside:

I topped the one I want so I can revers one top and fertalize the other. surprisingly the big one is the squat bitch. VoV
No making fun of my ghetto box. I need to buy another tent. :p

added back 2 gallons fresh water 10 grams maxi-bloom 10ML Bloombastic ppm 980ish ph 5.75-5.8

ok got the calcium under controle befor more than a little yellowing and the odd spot her or there. the light colored one is already changing colors. I was worried about it being P deficiency. but I know there is plenty and the other one inst having any trouble.her mum and the robo both changed but not as fast as this is. Ill get pic of the cuttings up later they reall look like they have actually reset like reveging a plant. im not sure what to expect the big cutting from the squat one looks like its going to fucking monster crop!! Trying not to get exited even if it dose I dont have room and What room I do have I need for the light colored cutting this grow was all for her. That's another thing she has reset all the way back to single finger leaves.Likley she will blow up like a monster cropped plant. oh well we will see! pics of them in a bit when I get back there

here's the cuttings they are a little droopy needed water. if these really have reset like a re-vegged plant the growth should start to straiten out. I'm not sure never actually seen an auto do this.
