AutoSeeds Summer 2023 Grow & Show

I’ve had issues with mold and mildew outdoors with fabric netting outside. Been using a coated wire mesh when I need it.
Mold destroyed a couple of years crops on my balcony, it's pretty humid in my part of the world, which drove me to indoor growing, no such issues so far.:baked:

I’m in the PNW and do grow outdoors too. I’ve been trying different products to proactively stay ahead of the mold/rot/pm in sept/oct.

CannControl - pretty good product helped
Lost Cost Plant Therapy - better results than the others
Rot Block - testing this season and others on Afn swear by it.
Green Cure - prematurely ripens pistils and buds
Milk Spray - helps temporarily

Tip - don’t water your plants in the late afternoon’s or evening’s. Better off with AM waterings

indeed, i also use a metal fence stuff, plastic coated and lighter, i find it is perfect for maintaining a flat canopy without requiring ties at all, and it has been used multiple times and will be used multiple times more, imho opinion its a perfect solution for scroggers.:d5:
Nice to see more scroggers on this forum.
Do you grow photos or autos under your grid?

Day 49 - Acapulco Gold, Pink Runtz, Rainbow Glue

They all are getting tall and huge which i didn't expect but is most welcomed i just need to keep them supported and not bushy, tomorrow i'll feed and try my best to defoliate what i can reach. I have had to raise the light 3-4 times already and i don't think i'm done lol

Rainbow Glue is still tallest at around 46 inches from the dirt and still growing, Acapulco Gold are all about 45 inches and still growing, 1 of Pink Runtz is still growing tall and wide at 41 inches but the more mature smaller one is at its max height already around 39 inches.

Only photo's, I do keep telling myself to have a bash at auto's, but, well, you know, we know what we know and it works... However with the cost of electricity these days I may have to try autos once I need to start up a tent.

I had it at 7 to a 5gal pot but I downed it to 3...

You gotta go autos, i tried a few photos and the 1st thing i noticed was they are not fast, seed to harvest always 100+ days and i use way more nutrients and electricity compared to a 50-65 day seed to harvest with less nutrients used never going over 700ppm on autos, photo plants want 1000+ppm onwards up to almost double what a auto plant will handle without burning and they want it for a very long time.

Pros and cons for sure, some pros i like about photos are vegging a monster and then shaping it into a giant when it flowers but i never out yield my autos vs the time and money spent on photos, also bonsai plants are only possible with photos.

3 is a good number for a 5 gallon. I'm using 10 gallons for the 1st time in this tent, i have 4 plants in the very rear left pot but that is not part of the grow and show the rest are 2-3 per pot for this grow and show, if they sent 5pks i would have used 5 per pot lol i know 10 gallon pots would handle 5+ for sure.

But maybe 3 plants in a 10 gallon is perfect too, my 3 Rainbow Glue and 3 Acapulco Gold are monsters

Thanks for the rep @Sawney_bean
