Photography Autoseeds Purple Cheese

Here are some pics of some pics of Auto Seeds Purple Cheese. They never turned purple at all and don't smell like cheese. I tried the cold water trick and used humbolt purple max and they did not produce any color. I am pretty disappointed as they look nothing like the pictures so buyer beware.

They were grown in .8 gallon air pots using Advanced Nutrients sensi grow and bloom, Bud Candy, Cal/Mag and a combo of bloombastic and Purple Max.

They have a citrus smell to them and where in the 14" range. I ran these about 74 days to see if the colors would appear.

wet weight was 86 grams for one and 79 grams for the other. I have another one that is really hairy that seems to need another week or so.

I will not be growing these again unless they smoke out really well.

Even though they didn't turn purple they look great and that bud is covered with trys and should be a mighty fine smoke.Some purple strains need cooler temps at the end to turn purple and thats hard to do growing inside.:smokebuds:

Thanks for the comments. They were grown outdoors in my shed and the nights have been colder but thats just the way it goes sometimes. I just think that if you are gonna sell them as purple anything then they should have the trait pretty locked in like with Purple Mazar or Purple Jems. I am going to run the 3rd one a few more weeks and see what happens.

They aren't too bad for a smaller pot but typically I can get more than a ounce dried off of a 12"-14" so the yield is gonna be a little short for what I am used to. Once you grow some decent yields sometimes other strains just look small.

I had trimmed off most of the fan leaves before I took the pictures so everyone could see what they really looked like underneath it all. I don't trim them when they are growing.

Here are a few pics of the last of the 3. This one was taller and much harrier but not as dense. It was 21" tall and came in at 103 grams wet.





Early smoke report is this weed is pretty darn strong. Some of the strongest I have grow. I wasnt expecting that. I will do a full report next week after some more curing.
