6.3 to 6.5 works on all my plants. Why I said ph is so important is because a few of my grows my leaves looked like it was hit with a blow torch. @travisbikes
getting too rich with the nutes! That tip claw is N-toxicity; yellowing tips, margins is mild nute burn... What strain and breeder is this mate? At 4 weeks they should be going into bloom by now... have they sexed yet?
I'd switch to bloom nutes now to reduce the N input, and ease off the overall nute conc. a bit....

If I were you I'd use tap without anything for a bit to bring nutes down and ph up, I always went with a 6.8 to 7 when in soil near bloom The media will buffer it down. If you must use 6.5 then add dolomite lime in medium or top dress. But in my experience with soil is it always ended acidic if I kept adding ph down.
Another good tip would be to mix nutes the night before and then check ph of solution before adding. I have only had one nute that stabilized almost immediately and it was ionic grow for Hydro. Everything else has to sit to stabilize.
That pH is fine,... the clawing won't correct BTW...
heft the pot, and try to recall how it weighed when fully moistened... If it feels light, you need a full soaking...A bad dry-out can create patches of medium that resist rewetting; using a wetting agent will fix that...
