There will be in a week or 2. I took that clone very late in flower from the mother plant. So I think even if it's farther along in flower I can grab a couple more.
I sincerely believe, if u can cut the clone early enough in pre.flower, you can temporarily stall it. This is something I have wanted to try, but with lack of room, it has been impossible... sigh ... lol. I have noticed about a two week stall when I cloned an auto...
You can slow the growth down to a crawl if you keep them in cold temps too. Muddy kept a Mi5 in "hibernation" for a couple months while it was cold outside.
I was going to try that too.
All in the name of better breeding. None of this is going to help with yield. Though a small space person such as yourself, it might work well. With the right genes.
Interesting on the cold thing... I am thinking I could always throw one in the fridge if that works... as u mentioned ...all in the name of better breeding...
Dude, the bottommost buds on this thing are fatter than every single main cola I've ever grown!!! Awesome stuff man... to keep a lady of that size lookin that good for that long.....
Well i chopped the BOM winner yesterday. It could have went a bit longer but I was getting worried about bud rot. There is such a huge difference in day night temps right now I have been fighting humidity issues. I won't have it sussed for a few weeks, so i wasn't going to risk loosing buds.
The top cola alone weighed in at 5 oz's wet, the whole mass was 15 oz's wet from one plant around 120 days seed to weed. It will dry up pretty good though. This one didn't have as dense flower clusters as the other one did. But i think 4 oz's dry is a good estimate. The next one down will be the real yielder.
Also a quick clone update. It's pretty much going into flower i'd say. Still under 24/0.
A shame she had to come down, but such is the life of Ms. MJ. We certainly won't forget her soon, and I hope you enjoy her for a long time to come!
:smokebuds:
Bailer, did you see any mold? I was hoping it was resistant. Also, I'd be microwaving a sample of that. I've been testing microwave dried samples like that for many years.
