Autoflower Asian Haze Test Grow

I would like to see what th next clone will do. Imo, i would prolly take the lowest cutting possible. The bottom shoots always seem slightly immature compared to the rest. What was your final dry weight off that asian?

4 some thing from the one that won the photo contest. 5 some thing Oz's from the other one. All I have is a shitty kitchen food scale.

I have been taking lower shoots for clones, along the same line of thinking. Not as far along into flower as the top bits.
That clone was taken when the mother was far into flower, like 4 weeks from finish. So i have hope the 3 2nd gen ones I took, will take! I am curious how large the 2nd gen's will be! I wonder if they will progressively get smaller?

I had a good idea this theory would hold true after cloning an auto the first and second time. First being accidental. What a great breeding tool this could be in our community. Not sure if they will continuosly get smaller but given the amount of veg time decreases every generation u take a ccutting, that may explain why that is working like that.

Late update I know!! Lots going on for me the last few months.

Couple pics. Couple dry bud shots. And a couple of the Asian haze clone. Clearly we have been missing a valuable breeding tool. Who ever said you can't clone auto's can take a long hard look!
Look at the size of it. I could get a couple thousand seeds from this thing in full flower. I also have a few 2nd gen cuts from this going too. So we'll see how long I can keep a cut going.

I think I could keep it going to really test a pheno for breeding. Which is great! I'll be doing lots of cloning on my own projects. No more blind crossing's.

I made hash from most of the buds. Some of the best hash I have smoked.. Really nice. The buds aren't tight indica nuggs but don't let the shaggy look deter you, the asian haze is better than most 12/12 strains I have smoked.

I still have to do a full smoke report on it. I'll get some pics up then too.

Those buds look perfect for HAZE type buds brother :) did they have nice peppery taste and smell to it ?

The one that I cloned does have a peppery/earthy smell to her. The other one had a cantaloupe mixed with spice kind of taste/smell.

Here is a pic of the clone so far. Good size if it was a normal auto, never mind that it's a clone of an auto.:smokeit:

Only had water so far, good old organics.

LBH, i would be getting out the peat pucks or auto rooter to get cuts of the best of the best! Then put them to work makin babies.

wow ,,nice work bailer thats some clone ,been fooling with cloning my lbh thaipan hazes ,<mine got nothing on yours btw lol > but i took around 8 and all have rooted well and are coming along nicely so there somthing to be said for it

hoping to do some of these outdoors this year if i can pick up a pack before they sell out. ill be doing lots of plants and visiting each set of plants very few times so i was wondering if you could tell me around what day they start showing sex and around what day they start releasing pollen so i know how long i have to kill the males off before they pollenate my lady's.

Hey man, welcome to the site. We enjoy a nice, hearty welcome from you in the Introductions section. :D

Autos generally show sex around week 3-4. Females will begin pre-flower and males will begin pollen sacks. At around 5 weeks and forward the male will start dropping pollen.

even for something like this that goes 16 wks? i figured it would take them longer to get to that point.

I can't remember if this Asian haze that Bailer is growing is a full auto. If so, then he just pushed it that far. If not, then it may not be fully auto and take longer. I'm sure he'll clear it up.
