Sure, We would like to take this opportunity to explain our spectrum. We was using 7 band, 440nm, 460nm, 603nm,660nm, 730nm, warm white and cool white. but we have got a lot message from grower, they said cool white is not good for their plants, they do not want it. so we made some sample lights to test. the feedback are great, so we removed the cool white. now we only have 6 band now. it is 440nm, 460nm, 630nm 660nm ,730nm and warm white. it is two red, two blue, one infrared and one white. Why we do not have UV in our spectrum, because LEDs only have UVA, but plants need UVB, so we prefer you buy some T5 UV light to help you grow, but not lie to you and waste your money to say we have UV in the light. We know what growers want. grow result is the first thing, that means money.Sooo. @MarshydroTina can you tell us about the light spectrum that rhe mars units are tuned to??
Actually, a lot company are stating they have 11band or 12 band, even more. but as a manufacture, why we only have 6? actually we know the truth. if you goes to Epistar or CREE website, you can check the high power chips. the exist chips are limited, you do not have too many to choose. yes. if you are big enough you can customize ,but they have MOQ,All the middleman can not meet. we only meet Epistar requirements last year, so they customize the Mars Pro II series chip for us. that is why you see a different new tech LED we are using now.
