Auto topping thread,pushing the auto limits;)

Good day growers im a master photo and auto grower.but my passion is with autoflower seeds.i been on a mission for 5 years growing now trying diffrent methods of training on autos to see what they truly behold.truth is autos aint no diffrent to a normal plant other than they flower on there own.u can top lst supercrop and defol autos with monster results if done at the correct time.oviously every plant is diffrent so always use the seed info as a rough guide and a short plant can yield just as much as a tall plant in this thread i will show u all along the way of the true limits of autos and there true potential as i grow them for u all to see.also if ur an auto grower who likes to push the limits,do speak up and all pics of ur autos and talk and all questions welcome on pushing the auto limits.here a few examples of the results achived topping an auto young followed by later lst.few heavy defols along the way ,gives u an army of dominant colas and a big heavy yield.and a beautiful plant.here is automazar topped and lstd

I would think you would have a better quality product, at least a more consistent product, with a more even canopy and the colas getting the same light exposure and intensity.

Absolutely correct....as I'm usually running 2 separate flower areas with 6 different lights, adjustability is a big plus in keeping lumens spread. It's spread the canopy or spread the lights, nuggs will follow.

I've finished several of Roc's strains....topping/fimming one and letting the other do it's thing. Rocitfuel, iced gushers, magic cookies, purple scoops all had nice main colas with the topped one threw out about 10 smaller colas. Bout even in total weight but ya gotta love a bouquet of stink and and donkey dic% too.

I topped my first auto on a cheese auto from fast buds. She was a mutant plant. And she recovered. I topped her earlier than most would top and she recovered. Just took her a little longer to recover cuz I did it with only 2 or 3 nodes of growth. But she ran with it and caught up to the non mutant plants as far as height goes. I dont have any pics to share of it but I did get to top my first auto. After the topping the two tops grew very close to each other which I disliked. I wish I would of tied them down after topping but lesson learned. This Mephisto run I'm doing now is getting LST instead.
