im guilty of not looking at a lot cob led threads,why because they in america and im not and i cant get them.so its window shopping and i just cant do window shopping.

You can use cob down lights or recessed ceiling lights they come in 15w cool and warm white. 10 bulbs in UK for £15 , they must sell these around the world. Thanks man. Not sure why you think this is a cob grow. This is not a cob grow. 300w meizhi led and 300w cfl I got off ebay. Everything is done on a budget. Day 25 the SP not looking happy the last few days and is a lot more sensitive than the BA. I think I over watered them a bit and need to start mixing separate water and feed from now on and back off the ec on the SP but the BA can take more at this stage. Temps were a bit high for a few hours and the SP showed it.
