New Grower Auto extreme. Dutch Passion

Check the hanging heights with @MarshydroTina . You may have to choose your strains wisely.
Yeah I was thinking that as with my last grow the cheese hit 120cm n was up past the light that's why I'm considering doing scrog from now on as this grow up just going to lst a bit but next grow mars n scrog it'll be my first time with it so should be fun for use to watch lol

The hanging height may have some baring on your choice.

I can't do a personal comparison as dhl have stuffed the delivery( German efficiency eh?!)

What I have found with the reflector is, there is a point , around 12", where the light can cause issues. This is closer than mars recommend, so it's not a fault. I don't think this will be an issue with non reflectors as I would assume the light blends at a higher level.

Like I said, I'm talking about getting to close to the light, this is not a heat damage issue, it causes localised over transpiration, which in a hydro system means over feeding.

Other differences, all the reflectors are switchable veg to flower, only the big mars 2 is. Just saves a bit on the leccy bill.

Relectors lighter and runs a bit cooler judging by the vents (the led light chip are cool, the drivers mounted in case get hot and are fan cooled).
Thank you for bringing up this information to me. I just figured out why my grow tent has higher humidity lately without a humidifier. Save me some bucks. Due to transpiration, water evaporates through leaves pores and generate humidity. What is IR by the way? Thanks again!

Thank you much Bailey! I really want to bring RH down now because I don't want to have mold on my plant. You just saved a plant's life! Haha.

Infrared, the plants need it. Early led lacked in this department.

It's not just heat and light that increase transpiration, fans blowing directly at the plants can increase it.

I had issues recently because I dropped more light in and increased their feeding, figuring the extra light would allow me to drive them harder,Had I thought it through properly I should of dropped the level of food and allowed them to drink more water.

You get very little light spillage with the mars, no overgrown in these babies.
