Dutch Passion Auto extreme - 2400 watt - 12 plant - hydro grow

Yep I think that mine liked it light too, when I grow another one out I am going to really pay attention to her needs

Yeah, I'm only running 1.0 EC and that's RIGHT where they like it.
My water's background is only 9ppm so all of my EC is nutrient.
Some of it could be the nutrients I run I guess, but I can't push past 1.2 EC no matter what I'm running as far as auto's.
I've got the nutrients down as simple as I can get it.

FloraNova Bloom as a stand along base nutrient from start to finish.
Floralicious+ 1ml per gallon from start to finish
Liquid KoolBloom starting at about week 6 at 2ml per gallon until finish.

In Veg-
I add the Floralicious+ first. Then I add FloraNova Bloom until my EC is where I need it.

In Bloom-
I add the Floralicious+ and Liquid Koolbloom first. Then I add FloraNova Bloom until my EC is where I need it.

Couple grows this way so far and they've rocked.
I don't think it get's too much easier.

Hope this helps someone.

Picture Update
Day 65

Auto Extreme as flowered WAY FASTER than Think Different.
The plants aren't as big, and don't fill the screen like TD does but they flower fast, and the cola's are great size. No fluffy bud.
Love the plant. I'm at day 65 since all the sprouts have shed their seed casings and I could harvest today if I wanted.
I don't think they have more than 2 weeks MAX left before I run them into the ground. Most pistoles are brown, but there are a few buds I'm waiting out.

If you like a 65-70 day plant that will produce Auto X is definitely it so long as you give it enough light.

Personally I like the extra veg time that TD put's in that allows 12 plants to perfectly fill my 4x8 screen but the turn around time on Auto X is amazing.

Anyone else have plants finish in 70 days?

I think that mine was done a little earlier than expected...

Hey bro, the chiller thing works well. I build one from a water dispenser that you would see in a doctors office. I tore it apart and dropped the coil in my 30 gallon reservoir with thermostat. The cool part about it is it also had the heated water so I can pump water through the heater in it which looks like a mini hot water heater and heats the res. if I need to during the winter... I have not had to use it this summer in my basement because water temps stay below 65 but Im sure ill need it when I start my oxypot system.

Just though I would share that your idea does work well for others too. Great looking grow Tavid cant wait to see the end results. If you get a chance come check out my current scrogg.

ace growing Tavid, most people like to crop these around the 12-week (~84 days) for max yield, but like you say they look good enough to crop a little earlier if you need to. I am wondering how you will rate the comparative 'high' between AutoXtreme and Think Different once the AutoX has had a little time to cure. Anyway, enjoy the sight of your growroom for the next days. I guess the sight and smells must be nice enough!

Hey All.
I don't want to leave this thread open and unfinished so I'm going to end the journal here.
Sorry for the total crap journal that this turned out to be.
I've been more busy than I could have ever expected and just didn't have the time to give this journal, or the plants the attention they deserved despite my best efforts.
I ended up harvesting early because I was called out of town so I didn't take any pictures.

Final yield was 2.5 pounds in 78 days.
3.3 ounces average per plant.
I was a bit let down with the yield, but I harvested very early so they pretty much had everything stacked against them in that department.
I KNOW they can produce.
The buzz was a nice change from the TD. Wasn't as potent as the TD, but smokes smooth, tastes good, smells good.
The bud structure was a bit leafy which brought down the bag appeal a bit.
All around, it's a good plant. Grows fast, flowers fast, and produces quality medicine.

I can't say too much else about Auto Extreme as I harvested early and never brought it even close to it's full potential.
I've seen it do much better than it did for me, and I know it would have done much better for me had I given it more attention.

Back to Think Different for now :tiphat:

Thanks for the lessons on this one tavid.
