Grow Mediums Attempting 2nd Grow for the 4th time :)

Ahh I thought he was using GH flora series for some reason. Damn hydroguard must be a lot better than DM zone. I ran Zone with temps of like 75 and I got the rot right at the tail end of my grow. Is clear rez similar to DM zone? Did he sit the plant in a "hot" solution of it? you would think a normal dose wouldn't ruin his plant.

It was not a normal dose. I was away for a day and my mother went to top up the rez and dumped half a gallon in her and it was like that for 10 hours.
ah well I think it's fucked the reason I'm deficiencies is.
......she is not drinking water at all. It's been almost 24 hours and the water level is the same
All this hard work doen the damn drain

So I can't fix her if she won't drink at this point I have no idea what to do I'm extremely upset at this point unless new roots pop or she starts drinking I've wasted 4 months 2 seeds a bunch of nutes and time


She was drinking a gallon a day when the incident happened I thought she was okay she was drinking about half a gallon then went to a quarter and now she isn't drinking

Aside from maybe cutting a fee inches off the roots to try and stimulate her I'm out of ideas

Well I guess if we can't think of a solution when I get home I'll drop a seed in a cup for 24 hours tomorrow I'll baggie it and sunday if she hasn't shown signs of recovering I'll cut her doen and plant the new lne and I guess do this all over again.

Damn man that must be what did it. If it was a soil plant id say flush it. Maybe clean water for a day would help her? That's the only thing I can think of.

I don't know about anyone else but I'd give her a few more days to see what happens. What's another week at this point to see if she is really past the point of no return.
She's a beautiful plant and I'd hate to see you cut her down if not necessary.

Okay I added to gallons of RO water and took the PPM is down to 5:40 my tap water comes in at 3:30 so when I get home I'll add one more gallon it looks like she drank a little bit maybe like an eighth of a gallon so I don't think she's fully dead yet but the leaves are showing really bad signs of deficiencies and they're starting to wilt like they're not getting enough water should I just let her go like I have her and hope that new Roots form and she starts drinking again

Maybe she just needs to flush the crap out and the plain water will do just that. Once that happens then start with the nutes again and I'll be she comes back.

DO NOT CUT HER DOWN, and I am sorry for yelling at you on @dcat0921's thread, I totally forgot all about the ClearRez incident, however I think she will still recover and give you some bomb ass buds. Don't cut her down until you are SURE she is not going to make it, at this point that little lady still has a lot of life left in her. I would do Just what Dcat said. FLUSH the crap out of her, like go get 5 or 10 gallons of RO water and just hand water from the top until it is full, then let that sit for a little while and do it again. You should start to see the leaves perk up a little bit if there are any good roots still remaining.

Also this is NOT your fault, and these things can happen when you grow. It is just the learning curve, I killed my first 4 or 5 rounds of plants before I even got something to smoke so this is not wasted time and effort, even if you have to cut her down early and discard her you can use this as a learning experience and just make sure that whoever is taking care of your plants if you have to be away knows EXACTLY what they are doing or don't let them mess with your babies. One other thing I have had my mom do almost the same thing except she actually killed 6 of my finest plants on earth that I have ever grown, I was mad as heck but do me a favor and tell your mom that you are NOT mad at her and that it is ok you will do another grow that is twice as good. I am sure she feels terrible about what happened so just try and cut her some slack(I am not saying that you haven't or anything I just know I was super pissed at my mom and when I look back on it I shouldn't have been so hard on her) I am sure it was an honest mistake and could happen to any of us.

But keep her growing man you would be surprised at how resilient these plants can be, especially autoflowers because of their ruderalis genes. Also if you can take a couple of pictures of the roots so we can see what kind of shape they are in

Trust me you doing all caps doesn't bother me I understand that it can seem frustrating for you guys because it looks like I'm just complaining constantly I just really wanted this to work after three failed attempts. She smells so good lol.I'll go dump another gallon of ro I'll do it to the top
how will I know if she's healed when she starts drinking again and then add the nutes or what...Roots are all bright pinkish i do see a few small white hairs i dont remember seeing before think that's good?
