Could you try such things as putting a large box or opaque plastic bag over the plant on a 12/12 schedule to at least get it to flip to bloom?

yea but u would need to do that every day till the end, otherwise it would re-veg or hermie

So with photoperiod plants, even after they move fully into bloom they still need approx. 12/12 hours daily, can't do say even 18/6?

If you give them more then 12h after flip, they will go back to vegetation... If you give irregular hours, they will hermie.

if it aint gonna flower, i don't want it. tomorrow marks 8 full weeks.

so my question is, has anyone had an auto flower this late before? Because i am thinking maybe its a photo, and i received the wrong seeds.

Yes I had a gorilla glue auto not flower for 130 days. I gave it to my friend.
