I would say it's a calcium and/or magnesium deficiency. I would get a cal/mag supplement and start feeding it to them. You might also get some epson salts and mix it 1 teaspoon to 1 quart of pHed water. Use it to mist the plants down. Don't remember what kind of light you are using but if HPS, mist when the lights are out otherwise you could burn the leaves from the water magnifying the light. Spray them once a day for 2-3 days.
Molasses does have calcium and magnesium but I don't know if it's enough to affect a deficiency. It certainly won't hurt, but I think a cal/mag supplement is more in order.
I got about three bottles of Cal/mag vitamin pills. A friend gave em to me and told me they were outdated sure do work wonderful. Seem to hold off yellow leaf fro a while longer. I just mix one of the pills in a two litre pop bottle and shake for a few minutes. I don't use sugar products on my finishing plants it just attracts too many ants for my liking but I have no doulbt it helps the bud weight. My buds are so thick this year I am wondering what I could give them to thin them down. I got a really big plant (Nirvana Medussa) that is easily going to have a lb of bud on the forty tops it has. Has about another 60 side branches. It may be a new record for single plant yield. My old record is currently held by an Ice plant great yield- mediocre pot. I still have half a pound left from two years ago.
